The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sour Bazar P.S.Case No.261 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. There is recovery of one country-made pistol and cartridges from the petitioner. Apart from that he is accused in six other cases.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for more than six months and ready to cooperate in disposal of the trial. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8466 of 2020(2) dt.27-02-2020 2/2 be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Saharsa in connection with Sour Bazar P.S.case No.261 of 2019 witih condition that he has to appear before the local police of his area for a period of six months so that the police may watch conduct of the petitioner and if he is found actively involved in any serious case, the persecution is at liberty to move for cancellation of his bail bond.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the S.P., Saharsa for the needful.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
