The petitioner is accused in connection with Piri Bazar P.S. Case No. 17 of 2016, registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 16, 18, 19, 20 and 23 of UAP Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the name of the petitioner has been surfaced in the confessional statement of Sunil Mandal, except that there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case and petitioner is in custody since 25.07.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3924 of 2017 (2) dt.23-02-2017 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SDJM, Lakhisarai in connection with Piri Bazar P.S. Case No. 17 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
