Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of resumption of normal court proceeding. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 16.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6 of 2021 to the extent of extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11866 of 2022(3) dt.08-04-2022 2/2 application, the period of surrender is extended by six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No. 575 of 2020 to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court, subject to deposit of sum of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund. The order dated 16.12.2021 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
