JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 07-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.T. No. 10 of 2017, arising out of Nokha P.S. Case No. 11 of 2016, registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the bail prayer of the petitioner has been rejected twice lastly on 01.05.2019 with observation that if the trial of the petitioner is not concluded within the aforesaid period of six months, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. However, more than a year has been elapsed, but the trial of the petitioner has not been concluded. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of

Sessions Judge-XIII, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with S.T. No. 10 of 2017, arising out of Nokha P.S. Case No. 11 of 2016.
