2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Baniyapur P.S. Case No. 328 of 2018 instituted under Sections 342, 323, 325, 365, 386, 420, 467, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of demanding extortion. He is an absconder also.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the fact that petitioner is an absconder, in my opinion, it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

7. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

8. If the petitioner surrenders within four weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the Court below in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the present order.
