Case No. 33 of 2019 registered under Sections 366A and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the outset, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that since the Investigating Officer has already submitted final report in the court below holding the accusation made against the petitioners to be false, the writ petition has become infructuous.
