JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-06-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Angar Ghat P.S. Case No.71 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 427, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner no.1 is of assault to the son of the informant by lathi, against petitioner no.2 of assault by rod to the brother of the informant and against petitioner no.3 of assault to the brother of the informant and against petitioner no.4 of assault to the informant by Farsa. No specific allegation against petitioner no.5.

Having heard both sides, considering the fact that the injuries are simple in nature, which will appear from the case diary, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Samastipur, in connection with Angar Ghat P.S. Case No.71 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
