Petitioner is accused in connection with Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 14 of 2015 registered under Section 392 of the I.P.C.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the Police recorded the statement of shopkeepers after six months, as detailed in paragraph nos. 29 and 30 of the case diary, in which it has come that this petitioner and others were used to talk each other before the occurrence about the place of keeping the cash of the petrol pump. Thereafter, the Police got recorded the confessional statement of co-accused Jashwant Singh
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56473 of 2015 (3) dt.13-01-2016 2/2 showing the involvement of this petitioner in the present case. Except that, there is nothing against the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 30.06.2015. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Raxaul at Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Chhauradano P.S.
