JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-01-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,504 and 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the petitioners along with their respective husbands abused the informant when Hemant Yadav and Jaiprakash Yadav pushed the informant down and assaulted by shoes.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are neighbours of the informant and due to petty dispute the accusation has been levelled. The thrust of accusation is against male accused persons.

No.3400 of 2016 (2) dt.21-01-2016 2/2 Considering the nature of accusation and the petitioners are ladies, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Khagaria in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No.195 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
