JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 27-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 334 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that motorcycle of the informant was stolen from Subhash Chowk at over bridge when he came down from the motorcycle for passing urine.

Learned A.P.P. has submitted that the motorcycle has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner along with accused Kari Chaudhary. Similar fact has been mentioned in the impugned order of the learned Sessions Judge. From the impugned order, it appears that the petitioner is in custody since 11.8.2016

Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Begusarai Town P.S.
