Heard Mr. Bhanu Pratap Singh, learned Counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, and Mr. Raj Nandan, learned Standing Counsel No.9, appearing on behalf of the Staterespondents. It has been pointed out that in the order, dated 18.02.2016, the expression, "Mali Police Station Case No.18 of 2001", ought to have been recorded as "Mali Police Station Case No.41 of 2000".
In view of the above and in the interest of justice, it is
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.115 of 2016 (5) dt.29-02-2016 2/2 hereby directed that the expression, "Mali Police Station Case No.18 of 2001", appearing in the order, dated 18.02.2016, aforementioned, shall stand corrected, and be henceforth read, as "Mali Police Station Case No.41 of 2000".
