2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Itarhi P. S. Case No. 280 of 2023 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 120B, 363, 366A, 376D of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner kidnapped daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage. The victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has supported the factum of kidnapping and victim is minor.
