The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per F.I.R., some unknown miscreants looted cash and mobile phone of the informant.
Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation. No looted / incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10613 of 2022(2) dt.08-08-2022 2/2 within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Saran at Chapra in connection with Masrakh P.S. Case No. 34 of 2017, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
