JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-04-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make correction in the main petition during course of the day. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 02.12.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54609 of 2015 to the extent that father's name of petitioner no.5 Kari Kumar Yadav @ Kari Yadav be read as Baleshwar Yadav in stead of Shiv Chandra Yadav and further for extending the period of surrender. The said mistake perpetuated in the order from the main petition as it was wrongly mentioned in the main petition. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he has filed fresh Vakalatnama on behalf of the petitioner.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the father's name of petitioner no. 5 Kari Kumar Yadav @ Kari Yadav be read as Baleshwar Yadav in stead of Shiv Chandra Yadav and the period of surrender is extended by three weeks form the date of receipt/production of a copy of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2782 of 2016 (2) dt.06-04-2016 this order in connection with Uda Kishunganj P.S. Case No. 116 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Uda Kishunganj, Madhepura. The order dated 02.12.2015 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
