Petitioner is accused in connection with Narari Kala Khurd P.S. Case No. 22 of 2015 registered under Section 304B of the I.P.C.

The accusation is of sprinkling kerosene oil and putting on fire to the sister of informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry by her husband and in-laws, who died in course of treatment.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that admittedly, the petitioner is husband of the deceased and due to their wedlock, there is two children. In fact, the deceased, wife of the petitioner, sustained injury in course of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1285 of 2016 (4) dt.03-03-2016 2/2 cooking the food and she was rushed at Heritage Hospital, Varanasi just after the occurrence, on 14.05.2015, where she died in course of treatment. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 06.08.2015.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Aurangabad (Bihar) in connection with Narari Kala Khurd P.S. Case No. 22 of 2015.
