JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-02-2019 The present petition has been filed for modifying the order dated 25.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4076 of 2019 to the effect that in the last paragraph of the said order, by mistake the petitioner has been directed to furnish the bail bonds with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram, whereas the concerned learned court should be that of " learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas at Sasaram".

Accordingly, the present modification petition is disposed of with slight modification in the order dated 25.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4076 of 2019 to the effect that requisite bail bonds etc. should be furnished to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas at Sasaram.
