Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 354(B), 354(C)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that this petitioner entered the house of the informant and on the point of knife and pistol, tried to kidnap the daughter of the informant.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that specific accusation of kidnapping and commission of rape is against co-accused, namely, Sanjay Kumar and petitioner has been made accused only on the basis of confessional statement of the said co-accused. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Considering the nature of accusation, this anticipatory

S. Case No. 325 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
