2. This is second anticipatory bail petition. Earlier, the petition, filed for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioner, stood rejected, vide order dated 12.08.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37219 of 2024.

3. Petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail on the ground that during pendency of the case, due to intervention of well-wishers, dispute between the parties has been settled and informant has filed a compromise petition in this regard before the Trial Judge, Judicial Magistrate, Araria on 1.10.24 (Annexure-5).

4. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that it is a noncompoundable case and as such, compromise petition will not

5. In view of the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the State and recent judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of G.R. Ananda Babu Vs. State of Tamil Nadu and Anrs reported in 2021 SCC OnLine SC 176, the second anticipatory bail on behalf of the petitioner is not maintainable. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
