The petitioner has filed the present writ application for issuance of appropriate writ/order/direction commanding the respondent authorities to remove encroachment from the Public Land over plot No. 2032 under Khata No. 124, Mauja Hasanpur, P.S.- Kundwachainpur, Anchal Dhaka, District- East Champaran, recorded in the record of right as Gairmazarua Aam, in the light of provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 in accordance with law. The petitioner has filed a representation before the Circle Officer, Dhaka, East Champaran (respondent no. 3) for the redressal of his grievance vide Annexure-2 to the present

Patna High Court CWJC No.4199 of 2019(2) dt.06-03-2019 2/2 application but no action has been taken till date. The petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the respondent no. 3 within a period of 30 days from today. The Respondent No. 3 shall consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law after granting opportunity to all the concerned parties. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
