The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Petitioner is in custody since 05.12.2018. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Allegation is that foreign liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Investigation of the case is complete. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12729 of 2019(2) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Special Case no. 11543 of 2018 arising out of Agamkuan P.R. Case No. 132 of 2018, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below. (b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
