ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 15-03-2016 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 19.08.2015 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Saran at Chapra in Maintenance Case No. 3 of 2012.

Considering that the impugned order is merely one of ad interim maintenance, I see no reason for interference and, hence, the application stands dismissed.
