JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 17-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Jogapatty P.S. Case No. 152 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased.
From the written report as well as material available in the case diary, it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner.
It has also been submitted that the husband is already in custody.
The petitioner is said to be in custody since
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2219 of 2017 (3) dt.17-03-2017 2/2 18.11.2016.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,- III, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Jogapatty P.S.
