JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners being brother in law and uncle of the husband of the victim are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after three years of marriage for non fulfillment of dowry demands. It is alleged that the dead body of the victim was being carried on Marshal vehicle of petitioner no. 2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general. There is nothing on record to suggest that the vehicle in question was registered in the name of the petitioner no. 2. It is further submitted that petitioner no. 2 claims that he has no Marshal vehicle.

No.56033 of 2015 (2) dt.10-12-2015 2/2 Considering the thrust of accusation against the husband of the victim, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Chapra in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No.68 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
