Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dighwara P.S. Case No. 207 of 2016 registered under Sections- 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 47 of the Bihar Excise Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no concern with the alleged trade of illicit liquor as the alleged recovery has been made from bushes near the railway track where the petitioner had gone to attend the call of nature. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 06.12.2016.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4221 of 2017 (2) dt.08-03-2017 2/2 case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Saran in connection with Dighwara P.S. Case No. 207 of 2016.
