JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER ------------- 06-02-2017 On 04.02.2017, this case has been listed under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner and some order was passed but this case has again been listed today under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the Court as the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner made on 04.02.2017 was found different. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 18.01.2017 passed by this Court, the petitioner was granted bail but in the cause title of the aforesaid order, the name of the concerned police station in place of "Hajipur Town" "Hajipur Sadar" has been typed.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1618 of 2017 (3) dt.06-02-2017 2/2 petitioner, in the cause title of the order dated 18.01.2017 passed by this Court, the name of the concerned police station be read as "Hajipur Town" in place of "Hajipur Sadar".

The order dated 18.01.2017 passed by this Court is modified to the above extent only.

Let this order be communicated to the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.372 of 2016.
