18-12-2015 Heard Sri Vikramdeo Singh, learned counsel, who was assisted by Sri Ashok Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Raj Kishore Singh, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The petitioner, who is in custody in Cheriabariarpur P.S. Case No. 63 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 354A, 354B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner in this case is in custody since 29-06-2015, whereas, one of the co-accused namely Dharambir Mahton has already been granted bail by a Bench of this Court, vide order dated 21-09-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43548 of 2015.

No.55293 of 2015 (2) dt.18-12-2015 2/2 In view of nature of accusation, period of custody as well as the fact that one of the co-accused has been granted bail, let the petitioner namely Samrat Paswan be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Begusarai/concerned court in connection with Cheriabariarpur P.S. Case No. 63 of 2015.
