JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 12-07-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 201, 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant for non-fulfillment of dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioners are mother-in-law and married sister-in-law (Nanad) of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21632 of 2024(3) dt.12-07-2024 2/2 deceased and they had no concern with the day-do-day affairs of the deceased and her husband. The petitioners live separately from the husband of the deceased. The husband of the deceased has already been arrested and he is in judicial custody. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedents.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today and on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jehanabad in connection with Shakurabad P.S.
