1. Heard the parties.

2. It is stated that an appeal was preferred before the District Appellate Authority, Muzaffarpur against the order of termination, which is pending since 2017, it is on account of the authority being non-functional.

3. This Court is directed the State Government to make all the District Appellate Authority functional and process of recruitment of the Presiding Officer is under way.

4. Keeping in view thereto, the writ petition is disposed of with observation that as and when the District Appellant Authority become functional in near future, the petitioners would be free to move an application for getting their appeal listed and upon such applications they files, their appeals shall be heard on merits and decided expeditiously within a period of six months.
