The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 376, 511/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. This is a case of misuse of privilege of bail for more than two years. Petitioner is in custody since 27.11.2018. The case is running at the stage of prosecution evidence. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11160 of 2019(3) dt.06-05-2019 2/2 163 of 2013 arising out of Naokothi P.S. Case No. 52 of 2012, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below having immovable property.
