The petitioner has filed the present writ application seeking correction of his date of birth on the basis of School Leaving Certificate.

Learned counsel for the respondents raises a preliminary objection and submits that for the same relief, the petitioner has moved C.W.J.C. No. 282 of 1995(R) and the Court had declined to interfere in the matter relating to correction of date of birth. It is thus submitted that once the Court has refused to interfere in the writ application for such relief, the second writ i.e., the present one, is not maintainable.

Having considered such objection on behalf of the respondents, the Court finds substance in such contention. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off
