JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named but in course of investigation, petitioner was remanded in this case on mere suspicion. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 66 of 2003 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 193 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Jamui.
