The petitioner, who is in custody since 05.09.2014 in connection with S.Tr. No.41/15 , arising out of Supaul ( Mahila) P.S. Case no.30/14 registered for the offence under Sections 376,506, 323 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail.
It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that though the trial has commenced and four witnesses have been examined, almost all the four witnesses have turned hostile. Keeping in view the fact that the trial is already going on, there is no reason to extend the privilege of bail. The petition

Keeping in view the fact that the petitioner is in custody since long, the trial court is required to proceed with the case, so that trial may come to its logical end without unnecessarily delay.
