Petitioner seeks bail in Ara Nawada P.S. Case No.781 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 420, 406 Indian Penal Code.

In the written report, it is alleged that this petitioner took rupees forty five thousand from the informant on the pretext of getting the loan sanctioned from State Bank after introducing himself to be the Officer of State Bank, Patna Zone. It is alleged that Informant and one Lalan Sharma have paid rupees forty five thousand to the petitioner. It is further alleged that rupees fifteen thousand has been paid by two other persons to the petitioner on the pretext that they will get the job of Computer Operator in the Bank.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9619 of 2019(2) dt.18-02-2019 2/2 Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no supporting document to show that aforesaid amount has been paid by the Informant and others to the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 12.11.2018 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No.781 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
