Allegation is snatching of motorcycle by some miscreants. Petitioner is not named in the FIR. Later on, his name transpired.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confessional statement of co-accused there is nothing against him. Petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he is in custody since 30.05.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted and he has not been put on T.I.P. Heard learned APP also.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 8072 of 2020(2) dt.26-02-2020 2/2 Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No.27/2019 .
