2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be disposed of with the direction to the Divisional Commissioner-cum-Lok Prahari, Darbhanga Division, Darbhanga to dispose of the representation of the petitioner which is pending since 23.01.2025.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 3, the Divisional Commissioner-cum-Lok Prahari, Darbhanga Division, Darbhanga to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, which is still pending since 23.01.2025 in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of copy of this order.
