This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 302, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The prayer for bail on behalf of the petitioner was earlier rejected twice vide orders dated 19.09.2012 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34719 of 2012 and 12.02.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44752 of 2013. I do dot find any fresh merit in the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, accordingly, the same is rejected in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 362 of 2011 pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura. Kundan/- (Gopal Prasad, J) U
