JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ order or direction to the respondents to regularize the service of the petitioner on any Class-IV post in Department of Art Culture and Youth Govt of Bihar, Patna or in any other govt department as the petitioner has been working on daily wage continuously since 20/07/2011 as the electrician in Patna Museum, Patna which is under Department of Art Culture and Youth

Patna High Court CWJC No.5212 of 2024(2) dt.18-04-2024 2/2 however till date despite representation his services has not been regularized by the respondent which is highly illegal unfair arbitrary and discriminatory or for any other order or orders which this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of this case."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
