JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-12-2023 The petitioner has filed the present writ application being aggrieved by Memo No. 243 dated 23.01.2023 by which the appointment of the petitioner has been cancelled by District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gopalganj.

2. Learned counsel for the State submits that for deciding the cases of Panchayat and Block Teachers, District

Patna High Court CWJC No.2779 of 2023(2) dt.18-12-2023 2/2 Appellate Authority, Gopalganj has been constituted and the petitioner instead of filing an Appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Gopalganj has approached this Court.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the present writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an Appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Gopalganj. If the Appeal is filed within a period of thirty days along with condonation of delay petition, the District Appellate Authority, Gopalganj shall dispose of the same, in accordance with law, within a reasonable time frame, therefore, the present writ application is disposed of.
