Having regard to the fact that the petitioner seeks issuance of an appropriate writ to determine the genuineness of caste certificate, we are of the view that in the facts and attending circumstances of the present case, the extraordinary

Patna High Court CWJC No.15076 of 2016 (2) dt.20-09-2016 2/2 jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India cannot be invoked.

This writ petition is, therefore, closed with the liberty given to the petitioner to take recourse to the appropriate provision of law as may be permissible.
