No one appeared on behalf of the opposite party no.2 though notice has already been served upon her through learned counsel who is appearing on her behalf in the lower court.
Petitioner happens to be husband of the complainant (opposite party no.2) and is ready to keep opposite party no.2 with him. The order dated 11.12.2015 goes to show that notice was issued to opposite party no.2 with an intent to know her view in respect of proposal made by the petitioner but she did not turn up before this court.
Therefore, in the aforesaid circumstances, provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 11.12.2015 is hereby, confirmed. Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
