JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-04-2019 It is stated in the application that inadvertently father's name of the petitioner No.1 has been wrongly mentioned as 'Bhushan Mishra', in place of 'Sukhdev Mishra' in the petition of Cr. Misc. No. 73036 of 2018, resultantly, the same error has also occurred in the order dated 20.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73036 of 2018. This application has been filed seeking modification to the said limited extent. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed.

Let father's name of the petitioner No.1 be treated as 'Sukhdev Mishra' in the order dated 20.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73036 of 2018.
