Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 10.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41725 of 2021. Trial court report reveals that charge has already been framed on 19.05.2022 and case is fixed for prosecution evidence.

Considering the nature of accusation and progress of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

However, trial court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible.
