The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 3599(C) of 2015 registered under Sections 323, 406, 506 and 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of torturing of complainant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and also to remove from her matrimonial house. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner being the husband of the informant is ready keep the informant with full dignity and honour but the informant is not

It is further submitted that, at the time of rejection of Anticipatory Bail Petition No. 5620 of 2016 of petitioner, the learned Additional Sessions Judge-X, Patna, called the informant in the court but she flatly refused to join company with the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M. Ist Class, Patna, in connection with Complaint Case No. 3599(C) of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
