The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 380, 511/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the petitioner being the guard of the Engineering College, Bhagalpur was caught read handed while taking liquor in the college and subsequently he was found roaming in the college and it is suspected that he has committed theft.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is fourth grade employee of the college since 13 and since he made protest against the informant owing the Principal at earlier point of time, then the accusation

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56549 of 2015 (2) dt.14-12-2015 has been levelled. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the suspicious nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Industrial P.S.
