Though the petitioner has questioned the order of suspension dated 22.9.2016 impugned at Annexure-1 but considering that the departmental proceeding has already been initiated and the Enquiry Officer by order dated 21.1.2012 has been directed to conclude the enquiry expeditiously, I am not persuaded to interfere with the order of suspension at this stage and the writ petition is accordingly disposed of with the direction to the disciplinary authority to ensure the conclusion of the disciplinary proceeding in accordance with law and after due
