Patna High Court CWJC No.15127 of 2018 dt.04-04-2019 2/2 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

Petitioner is aggrieved by the direction as contained in Annexure-7 by which he has been issued show cause notice to close down his poultry farm as it does not comply the condition that it will be beyond the distance of 300 meters from inhabited area.

Since final order has been passed after issuance of show cause vide order dated 22.06.2018, which is under challenge in C.W.J.C. No. 15048 of 2018, this writ petition has become infructuous.
