The petitioner has put to challenge selection of respondent No. 8 for grant of licence to run a fair price shop under Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application so as to avail remedy under the provisions of the said Control Order, 2016 challenging the selection in question.

This application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for. If the petitioner makes an application/ representation in this regard within four weeks from today, the Court expects that the same shall be considered in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
