The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 354B, 452, 380, 323, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that the accused persons snatched golden worth Rs.57,000/- from the informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 26.12.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case due to previous enmity. The allegations made in the F.I.R. is denied by the petitioner.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14655 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Amdabad P.S. case No.189 of 2019.
