Petitioners are named in the first information report with accusation that some other persons appeared in their place in constable examination and on the basis of aforesaid forgery, they got job in police department. Petitioners are languishing in jail custody since 09-10-2015.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as period of detention of the petitioners in jail custody, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bettiah
