JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kiul (Rail) P.S. Case No. 213 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Allegation is of recovery of 39 and odd litres of liquor from the possession of the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated, having no criminal antecedent and he is in custody for more than two months and charge sheet has been submitted, as such there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of
